Creating Gmail Contact Groups

Creating groups within your email will save time in sending messages, assignments, and/or documents to a specific group of students via email. By creating these groups, you can send an email to the group name instead of listing the email address of each individual student each time you need to communicate. Teachers can create a group based on class period, subject area, or another division of students.

To earn your Credit...
Within your WCS gmail account, create a new contact group for all students in one of your classes.
Send a message or assignment to this group and have your students check to ensure they received the message in their WCS gmail account.
