The Curriculum and Instructional Programs department provides instructional leadership and support with curriculum and professional development to maximize learning for students in grades pre-K-12.

The current SCoS will continue to be the taught and tested standards in the 2011-12 school year. The new standards are expected to be taught and assessed in schools for the first time in the 2012-13 school year.
